Help: City Vote


After one year of citizenship, members of a settlement inherit the right
to vote in elections for the next Magistrate when they arise. Magistrates are
the representative voice of the citizens, and the foundation of all power in
the government. Their most important power and responsibility is the choice
and oathing in of the settlement's crown leader.

How to Vote in Elections
When an election is started, it first enters a period of "Campaigning" that
lasts two Mystavarian months (two real world days). After this time, voting
opens and citizens have three Mystavarian months (three real world days) to
cast their vote, using CITY VOTE <candidate>. To view candidates in an
election, simply type CANDIDATES.

It is recommended to read HELP ELECTIONS and HELP MAGISTRATES to
better learn and understand the government and overall election process.
