Help: Dialogue Speed

We have done our best to set the timing of the tutorial to a speed that is
not so slow as to make you wonder if it stalled, but not so fast that it
becomes overwhelming. Realising that some people may prefer to take things
at their own pace, we have also added commands to speed up or slow down the
output of dialogue and messages from the tutorial.

Simply use SPEED UP or SLOW DOWN to change the pace of messages.
Use SPEED DEFAULT to return it to the default speed.

Syntax:
SPEED UP
SLOW DOWN
