Help: Lot Sales

If you decide you want to sell your lot, you can use the LOT SELL
command to list the specified lot for sale. You must issue this command
from a location adjacent to your lot. Use the syntax:
LOT SELL <lot direction> [<sellto>].

By default, the lot will be listed for sale at the price it was
last sold for, however you can use the LOT PRICE command to
change the sale price.

Lot Price
Using the LOT PRICE command, you are able to change the sale price that
your lot is listed at. This command can be issued whether the lot is
for sale or not, so one could theoretically increase the price of their
lot prior to even listing it for sale. From a location adjacent to your
lot, use the syntax LOT PRICE <lot direction> <price>.

Restrict Who To Sell To
The <sellto> directive is optional but can be specified as CITIZENS,
ALLIES, ALL or NONE. If no <sellto> is specified, the lot will be
listed for sale only to CITIZENS of the city by default.

Do note, specifying CITIZENS or ALLIES means citizens or allies of the
city or region that your lot belongs to (rather than your personal allies).
If the SELLTO directive is set to NONE, then the lot will no longer
appear for sale.

Should you wish to change who your lot can be sold to after it has already
been listed for sale, you may use the command LOT SELLTO <lot direction>
<sellto>
.As above, the options are: CITIZENS, ALLIES, ALL or NONE.

Unlist Your Lot
If you no longer with to sell your lot, simply issue the command
LOT UNLIST <lot direction> to remove it from being listed for sale.
Should you wish to relist it, you may use LOT SELL again.
