Game Help: Say

    Speaking via the SAY command is the most basic way to communicate.
    This will broadcast your message to all others in the same location as
    you are.

    In Character Says
    As the SAY command sends your message to all in a location, it is
    considered to be in character. Please keep this in mind and avoid
    using SAY to talk about life and ongoings outside of Mystavaria.

    Out of Character Says
    For out of character speaking, we request players use OSAYs. Bear in
    mind that players can choosed to ignore out of character communication and
    may not hear OSAYs even though they are in the same location.
