Help: Clan Donations

Clans that have been established for a while will often decide to construct
a clanhouse to serve as a meeting point and base of operations. Once a
clanhouse has been constructed, it becomes possible to also construct a
vault for the clan which can be used to safely stash away resources and coins
for the clan to use as they see fit.

All members of a clan can make donations to the clan vault using the syntaxes
outlined below:
CLAN DONATE <commodity> <#> Donate commodities to the clan.
CLAN DONATE COINS <#> Donate money to the clan.

Only high ranking clan members will have access to the clan vault, but the
resources stored within will most likely be used for further expansion of
the clanhouse or for helping to equip clan members as needed.
