Help: Clan Transition

Before a clan with the intention of growing into a guild can make the formal
transition, they must have constructed a clanhouse and have a minimum of five
members in the clan. Additionally, all clan members must be of the same
profession. In the case of inactive or non-supportive members, or members who
do not hold the same profession as everyone else, the Clan Leader will
unfortunately need to remove these members from the clan to ensure all are in
alignment before guild status can be obtained.

Once the above requirements are met, the Clan Leader may use the command
CLAN TRANSITION TO GUILD. The clanhouse will undergo a small transformation,
turning into a guildhouse. The former Clan Leader will be established as
the first Guildmaster.

Clan Veterans will start at the guildrank of "Officer", Clansmen will start
at the "Journeyman" guildrank, and Clan Initiates will become "Apprentices"
of the guild. Any Clan Founders still in the clan at the time of transition
will maintain their founder status within the newly formed guild.

Upon successful transition, the former Clan will be written into the history
of the guild, but the Clan itself will cease to exist.
