Help: Prefix

Prefixes refer to the word (or words) that appear before your character's
name, such as in the WHO list or in direct tells. These are typically
considered titles which have been earned through attaining various ranks
within a clan, guild, city, or divine order. Titles can also be earned as
a reward for discovering and completing certain quests or accolades.

In some rarer cases, deities may even be willing to bestow a player
with a unique prefix as a reward for notable accomplishments.

Access to rank-based prefixes will change as you grow in Mystavaria,
however prefixes earned from exploration and quests will be yours to
choose from permanently.

Prefixes can be selected and changed at anytime you desire by using the
PREFIX command. You will be provided with a list of options and be able
to make your choice there.
